There's a lot to like about this bag. It has good capacity, a nice organizer pocket under the flap, not too big and very water resistant.

The shoulder pad in very comfortable - BUT, it is fixed on the strap and when you are riding with it slung behind your back the nice shoulder pad is in the middle of your chest and the raw nylon strap is pressing into your shoulder.

I'm looking for a new strap or a new messenger bag.
