It is what it is.
This is just what you expect it to be. If you're moving a lot with it you should consider getting the double fold ones.
Works but fragile
I've only had it for a few weeks and thought I was taking pretty good care of it... but it's already seen a somewhat significant bend on one of the spokes. It still shuts and when it's open it is still plenty functional - I just hope this isn't a bad sign of things to come.
But yeah, otherwise good price for what you're getting.
Updated January 13, 2010: These things are incredibly fragile. If you have one on a stand and it falls, you will break it. Period. I've broken one of mine this way.
good for the price
Great Umbrella! It's just a shame that it didn't last that long. It fell a couple times because of the wind and is worthless now. =(
